Todd Viegut
Managing Director

Mr. Viegut is a seasoned M&A specialist in positioning companies and technical innovations into dynamic growth markets at solid valuations.  With a pedigree of building companies from the ground floor through fostering numerous corporate transactions for investors and founders, he focuses on small to mid companies with a proven technological, intellectual property or market foundation that provides a springboard into emerging and high growth market spaces.  Mr. Viegut employs a hands on entrepreneurial drive, has built numerous divisions within the corporate world, as well as built, grown and sold companies from seed through exit.  Mr. Viegut has been recognized by peers and major industry award associations for the transactions and value he has created for his clients. He has collaborated with some of the largest tech firms including facilitating transactions with Quantum, Intel Capital, Expand Networks, ScanSource, EMC and others.

Tim Sullivan
Managing Director

Timothy P. Sullivan is an innovative technology leader and experienced board member with accomplishments in directing broad components of companies of all sizes.  He has created, restructured and built businesses while leading high technology (covering optical, software, data center, cloud, wireless, security, storage, routing and server products).  Mr. Sullivan has vast experience in IT direction, engineering and operations management, collaboration for business development, marketing, applied technology including device/silicon creation, and international deployments.  He has formed partnerships and collaborated with some of the world’s top technology, telecom, and defense contracting firms: Apple, Google, IBM, Microsoft, HPE, Sun/Oracle, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, Lockheed Martin, U.S. Air Force, Qualcomm, Verizon, and Citrix. Mr. Sullivan has served as the President of Lucent's Optical Group and COO/CTO of Internap Network Services Corp.

Hans Grossling
Managing Director

Mr. Grossling has been involved in the logistics industry for over 20 years. His experience entails active business unit build in is currently very active in the world of Investment Banking, M&A, capital restructuring and venture management in all modes of transportation, cross-docking, and 3PL warehousing. A specialist at uncovering supply chain value for large and medium sized companies. Heavy experience in the specialty retail sector. Completely fluent in Spanish and very familiar with the Latin American market. Well versed in supply chain visibility and an expert in account management.

Specialties: US domestic logistics distribution services, cross-docking, truckload, LTL, small package services, warehousing & consolidation, with a heavy emphasis on logistics technology platforms. In addition I also specialize in English-Spanish and Spanish-English professional translation.


Peter Vroom
Managing Director
Mr. Vroom has been a serial entrepreneur and founder/CEO of new software ventures in B2B markets for several decades.  His core focus is on solving tough business problems and positioning clients in emerging markets for an M&A transaction.  Peter has worked with fast growing SMEs to large corporations throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and the US, and has personally built several large companies which have sold to IBM and Riverbed.   

Peter has authored coursework on M&A strategies, early stage exits and entrepreneurship and as an avocation is an adjunct professor for the Applied Entrepreneurship program at the University of Adelaide, Australia.

Drey Anthony
Managing Director & Deal Origination

Mr. Anthony has over 30 years of experience in sales, business investment, and M&A.  He has invested, built, and exited companies in multiple industries, such as IT, finance, currencies, and real estate.  He joins TKV-6 Strategies after exiting a successful staffing firm which he built.  He is the principal of his family investment firm Proserve Group LP, where he oversees the deal flow review, due diligence, and management of current holdings. Additionally, he is an executive board member of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen of Texas, a networking and philanthropic organization for high net worth individuals and business leaders. Drey is a 1988 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Economics.

Mark Herndon
Advisor

Mr. Herndon has an extensive background in M&A including services leader for Watson Wyatt Worldwide, a global top-twenty consulting firm, where his clients included Boeing, Dell, McNeil Consumer Products and more.  He currently serves as Chairman of M&A Leadership Council which focuses on education, program development and certifications.  Mr. Herndon is the former President of M&A Partners that provides strategy, due diligence, integration management and change management helping acquirers manage M&A change along with building internal M&A capabilities. Mark is the co-author of The Complete Guide to Mergers and Acquisitions: Process Tools to Support M&A Integration at Every Level (John Wiley/July 2014), which has been translated into five languages and is used as a foundational guide for various consulting firms and university programs. Mr. Herndon also serves as a board director for various privately held companies and charitable organizations.
Gage Dutkin
Associate Director

Mr. Dutkin is an Associate with the firm focusing on go-to-market strategies and supporting client activities.  Mr. Dutkin has an undergraduate BA in Entrepreneurship along with an MBA, both from Texas Tech University.   Mr. Dutkin also works with several investment groups and private equity firms.  He has been instrumental to the founding of several early-stage ventures and is a Venture Manager for the Lubbock (TX) Angel Network.
